Steven is a licensed Professional Engineer with a structural designation through the Texas Board of Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors.
A proud Texas Tech Graduate, Steven began his career in the construction industry and worked his way through college, managing construction projects in both the private and municipal markets.
Steven’s dedicated experience incorporates a wide array of building materials and construction practices that drive the constructibility, economics, and engineering excellence found within every Bluebonnet design document.
With a soft spot for historical preservation and building forensics, Steven himself resides in a 1893 gingerbread home in the heart of Ellis County. His passion for incorporating unique building practices with modern-day construction norms walks alongside him both on and off the job.
Justin Farmer
Justin is a project manager and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in engineering, construction, and manufacturing.
He has overseen structural inspections, coordinated multi-discipline projects, and led large teams while keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Justin has extensive experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry and is a strong leader in streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.

Timothy Botello
Timothy is a specialized structural design technician with over 22 years of drafting and design experience.
He has prepared and completed thousands of residential and commercial projects, guiding them from schematic layouts through final engineering and client review.
Skilled in AutoCAD, Code conformity, and quality control protocols, he is an industry leader in producing accurate, constructable design documents that keep clients impressed and projects moving smoothly.
